I work from a quiet, comfortable therapy room in Motherwell, designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Soft lighting, warm tones and thoughtful touches create a safe, grounded space where you can talk openly and explore whatever you need at your own pace.

The room is easily accessible from Wishaw, Bellshill, Hamilton, Bothwell and further afield, with street parking available nearby.

Please note the room is not currently wheelchair accessible. If you have any access requirements or questions, please do get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

If you can't make it in person, sessions are also available by video call or telephone.
