I work from quiet, comfortable therapy rooms designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Soft lighting, warm tones and thoughtful touches create a safe, grounded space where you can talk openly and explore whatever you need at your own pace. 

If, for whatever reason, you can't make it in person, we can have our sessions through video call or over the telephone.

The room is located in Motherwell and is easily accessible from Wishaw, Bellshill, Hamilton, Bothwell and further afield.
