Walk & Talk Therapy
Sometimes sitting in a room can feel limiting. Walk & Talk therapy offers a different approach, meeting outdoors and moving together while you talk. Walking side by side can make it easier to open up, feel grounded, and think more clearly.
This approach can be especially helpful if you feel anxious or restless in traditional therapy settings, prefer a more relaxed and natural environment to explore your thoughts, enjoy being outdoors and moving as part of your process, or are interested in using art and nature as a way to explore meaning and reflection.
Sessions take place in and around the Motherwell area, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether it's a short stroll or a longer walk, the focus is always on your wellbeing and making therapy feel accessible and meaningful.
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £50, the same as indoor sessions. A free 30-minute initial consultation is available here too. The initial consultation takes place online or by telephone rather than outdoors — this gives us a chance to get to know each other a little and make sure Walk & Talk feels like the right fit before we head outside together.
